picked up the diamond plate aluminum - they cut it with a jig saw because the plasma cutter dude wasn't there... now we have to do a lot of cleanup. lots of filing, dremeling, etc. etc. etc. we don't bore you with the details, but it sucked...

we had some 5mm acrylic sitting around left over from a previous modding project - reuse it!

sandwiched between the chassis and the diamond plated aluminum, the acrylic will be lit from the inside with blue led's.

a whole cut for a Maxtrix Orbital 20x2 LCD display and any buttons it'll use

drill, tap, screw, repeat

optical drives faces are almost ready

back plate acrylic requires a lot of work...
